Robert, I wanted to drop you a note and say THANK YOU. On Friday afternoon we noticed that there were mistakes that we made in our design and copy for a display. This display was due at 12 noon on Saturday. After our initial discovery and panic, we called your office at 10 minutes before your closing time. In spite of calling you while you were on your way out the door, you, Robert, took my call with a very professional attitude. You were very courteous and amazingly sympathetic. You offered to come in on Saturday (your day off) to reprint the file that our designer uploaded on Saturday morning. I personally was "floored". Robert, we can't say it enough - THANK YOU.
